7/8 Patriots Youth Football Headcoach Responsibilities |
- Adhere to the coaching philosophy of the Patriots Youth Football Program.
- Develop 7/8 football program together with the BFA Fairfax head coach to provide continuity for the player transition to high school football progam.
- Coordinate assistant coaching staff.
- Coordinate with Flag and 5/6 head coaches to ensure representation by Patriots Youth Football program at each monthly league meeting.
- Available for equipment pickup and dropoff.
- Attend offseason coach's meetings.
- Participate in Patriots Youth Football camp, coordinated by the high school football program.
